CCTV footage now confirms that Albert Ojwang was taken into Mbagathi Hospital already dead.
The footage was obtained by Citizen Tv showing Ojwang's 'last' moments at the hospital.
The 40-minute clip from the hospital's surveillance cameras shows the officers arriving at the parking lot, making movements before removing the body from the vehicle.

They happened to be in no hurry as if nothing emergency had happened.
A police officer would be seen making and receiving several calls.
It was taken in, where the medics confirmed there was neither cardiac activity on Ojwang's body.
This confirmed Ojwang was long dead as his body was cold.
The officers were cognizant Ojwang was already dead and taking him to hospital was a mere coverup.
