4 GANGSTERS ARRESTED & THEIR CAR SET ABLAZE IN KERUGOYA TOWN
4 thieves who had raided an M-PESA shop have been arrested and their getaway vehicle set alight by irate members of public.
This happened after their theft mission got botched as residents raised alarm prompting to their arrest.
There has been a spate of theft in the town targeting business people especially M-PESA outlets.
Barely days a good samaritan who was responding to a distress call from an M-PESA attendant (lady) who was being robbed was shot and killed by armed thugs.
Karimi was shot and killed as he who responded to help the M-PESA attendant who had been hijacked at Muthaiga Estate in Kerugoya Town.
The thugs were saved by police from the wrath of the members public who were baying for their blood but had been beaten to pulp.
They are currently admitted at Kerugoya Hospital for treatment before they are charged.
The charred mangled wreckage of the car is yet to be towed by police for further investigations.
