A lorry transporting hay collapsed in the wee hours of the morning near Thiba Falls Resort along Kutus-Kianyaga highway.
According to the driver he was evading contact with power lines which were close to the level of the heaped cargo.
His attempts to veer off the road to the pathway made the cargo loose balance leading to the collapse.
The area also has huge potholes which he was trying to avoid.
However no casualties has been witnessed and no one was injured in the incidence.
