Residents of Kiambu were reeled with a rare grotesque scene when a man was spotted eating raw snake.
The bizzare incident which happened in the glare of members of public suspected to be his relatives ignited mixed reactions when the man gobbled the snake in gulps.
According to the video footage the man is seen eating the head of the snake first incognizant of the venom it may contain.

A section of spectators now worry about his health for the snake might contain fatal venom.
It's not yet clear why the man resorted to that or whether he was content creating.
