Scores of unsuspecting citizens have fallen in their snares and have had their money and valuables stolen. Some have severed injuries while taken hostages by the culprits.
Unbeknownst to them their proverbial 40th day was due as the police had traced them while baying for victims to prey on this weekend botching their missions.
Assorted items which they stole from the victims were also recovered in their get-away vehicle.
They are expected to be arraigned in court on Monday to face charges.
