MAN FOUND DEAD ALONG THE ROAD AFTER CONSUMING INFAMOUS KROPPER BREW IN KIAMICIRI, GICHUGU, KIRINYAGA

A middle aged man identified by name Jacob Mubingo was this morning found dead in Kiamiciri Village along the road near Kiamiciri market.
The deceased is suspected to have succumbed to drunkenness after consuming the illicit Kropper brew christened 'Koropa' yesterday.
According to the eyewitness the deceased was an imbiber and had been addicted to consuming the illicit brew.
He had spent the entire of yesterday tipsy.
Police are yet to arrive and pick the body for morgue as they further probe on the cause of the death.
Cases of the imbibers succumbing to the infamous Kropper liquor are rampant in many boozing dens in Kirinyaga.
Locals are calling on the authority to help curb the preparation, sale and consumption of the liquor in the county.
Typically Kropper brew immobilizers and 'slows down' brain and nervous system which also cause immediate and often irreversible shutdown of vital functions leading to death of the victim.
